Return and Refund Policy

At Smart Take Trading Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor and outdoor decor. If a product doesn’t perfectly fit your vision, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
- Packaging: Must be in the original packaging, including all protective inserts, hardware kits, and seals.
- Proof: Accompanied by an order number or receipt.
Note: For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for items that have been weathered, altered, or are missing original packaging components.
Non-Returnable Items
- Assembled or used furniture and decor.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Gift cards or promotional "Free with Purchase" items.
- Products damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, or exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond intended use.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To expedite your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and the shipping box.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

- Authorization: Include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
- Cancellations: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
