Order Processing

  • Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Peak Seasons: During holiday peaks or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions of the items and your destination, and are clearly displayed at checkout.

Please note: For large outdoor furniture pieces, transit times may vary slightly due to specialized handling requirements.


Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website.

International Shipping & Customs

We offer worldwide shipping to bring our decor to your home, wherever it may be. For international orders:

  • Import Fees: Customs duties, taxes, and local import fees are determined by your country's regulations.
  • Responsibility: These charges are not included in our checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays: Customs clearance processes may occasionally extend delivery timelines beyond our initial estimates.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

To ensure your items arrive safely, please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • Errors: Smart Take Trading Limited is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
  • Reshipment: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping fees will apply for a second delivery attempt.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," our responsibility ends. If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Inspect all entry points around your property.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an inquiry.

We will provide any documentation necessary to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Returns Related to Shipping

If your decor arrives damaged during transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days. For standard returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
